NaturaSibericaCyprus ( is glad to announce the NaturaSiberica cosmetics products shipping in Cyprus.

Delivery options and expected shipping times may be changed according to the client’s address as filled in on the order form.

The products which are available on the NaturaSibericaCyprus website may be ordered by clients.

Shipping costs are based on the point of destination. The cost of shipping for the order is non-refundable.

The delivery date may differ due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of transfer and the amount of items ordered.

Depending on client’s location, as well as, the size of your order, the additional shipping costs may be applied.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

When you buy our products by telephone, mail order, or through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for any reason and without a justification.

Client can choose to have the order delivered to the home or office address. NaturaSibericaCyprus promises to do its best to make sure client’s order is delivered on time and without any damage. Nevertheless, due to some times of peak demand (Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc.) shipping may take longer than expected. Clients usually receive the orders between 1-3 days. If more than 5 days have passed customer should email NaturaSibericaCyprus at so that the shop may review the status of the order and resolve it. If you do not receive the goods within 30 days, or within the extended deadline, you are entitled to terminate your order and be reimbursed as soon as possible. If the item is not used and it is in the same condition that was delivered, the client is eligible for a return. In such case the item should be returned in the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The item should be send back to NaturaSibericaCyprus staff responsible for the shipping. Refunds are not granted for sale item and if the regular priced items have been opened and if it is not in its original condition, or damaged, or with missing parts, for any reasons not due to NaturaSibericaCyprus error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.  Once NaturaSibericaCyprus receives the client’s ordered item back, NaturaSibericaCyprus will inspect it and notify the client that the returned item has been received. NaturaSibericaCyprus will immediately notify the client on the status of the refund after inspecting the item. If the return is approved, NaturaSibericaCyprus will initiate a refund to the Bank Wire, cash or original method of payment of the client. The client will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. The client should contact us at  if still the refund is not received. NaturaSibericaCyprus may replace product if it is defective or damaged and only if it is in stock.
