NaturaSibericaCyprus ( is glad to announce the NaturaSiberica cosmetics products shipping in Cyprus.

This refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item should be send back to NaturaSibericaCyprus staff responsible for the shipping. Refunds are not granted for sale item and if the regular priced items have been opened and if it is not in its original condition, or damaged, or with missing parts, for any reasons not due to NaturaSibericaCyprus error.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.  Once NaturaSibericaCyprus receives the client’s ordered item back, NaturaSibericaCyprus will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. NaturaSibericaCyprus will immediately notify the client of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, NaturaSibericaCyprus will initiate a refund to the Bank Wire, cash or original method of payment of the client. The client will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
